Deliveries & Returns Policy

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for delivery and must return it if it is a returnable item within the specified time at your own cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Delivery charges will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.



Any unwanted items must be returned to us at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. The packing slip must be enclosed (which serves as your receipt) with your returned items in order to allow us to process your exchange or refund. We must receive returned items within 14 days of dispatch. We do not offer a return or exchange on earrings. This is for hygiene, health and safety reasons.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will exchange or refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new re-saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch along with the original picking note, which serves as your receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total value of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights.
